Registration opened May 1st for the 50th Ohio Al-Anon Round Up! We are looking forward to seeing all of you October 7-9, 2022 at Salt Fork State Park. This year’s theme is, Golden Opportunities – 50 Years of “One Day At A Time.” Please share the attached flyer at your meetings and help us celebrate our 50th Anniversary!
Registration Information:
Early bird registration is $20 per person and is open until July 15. Starting July 16, registration goes up to $35 per person. Salt Fork slightly increased room and cabin prices this year. The lodge (for 2 people) costs $302.40 (the cost increases if more people are added to the room); Hillside Cabins are $353.93 and Lakeside Cabins are $398.72. Registration fees are NOT included in the room/cabin costs, so please make sure to include them in your payment.
Because of a change to tax law, we have decided not to use Venmo or PayPal as a no fees option for payment this year. There are two ways to pay this year:
- Pay by credit card through Eventbrite (fees charged by the site will apply). Choose “Pay Credit Card tickets” in Eventbrite.
- Pay by check or money order via mail (OAR Group, P.O. Box 604, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070). Please send one check per group when possible.
No matter how you are paying (check or credit card), you can register through Eventbrite (https://50oar2022.eventbrite.com). Just choose “pay by check tickets” if you are mailing in your check.
If you choose to register using mail only (not through Eventbrite), be sure to complete the form on the flyer (or send in a separate piece of paper) and include thename, phone number and email of the contact person. We also need names of roommates and their emails.The registration table will open at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7 in the lobby of the lodge. The address for the lodge is 14755 Cadiz Road, Lore City, OH 43755.
